What the community says about Star Wars: The Return of the Jedi
- "Star Wars: The Return of the Jedi is the last movie in the original Star Wars trilogy. I loved how this movie tried to tie up its loose ends with Luke and Leia being brothers and sisters (this reveal only fails by comparison with Empire), and with Leia learning that Darth Vader is also his father."
- "Before you kids had Jar-Jar Binks, we had the Ewoks. Those stupid, death teddy bears were the mascot of that time. They were so abused as the Minions, they had their own TV series and movie spinoffs! But at least they're cuter than the Minions. Anyway, George Lucas cranked it up by adding a lot of creatures, from Jabba the Hut to the Sarlacc that ate Bobba Fett! A movie with the labor of love."
- "If Empire Strikes Back is the greatest Star Wars movie of all time, then Return of the Jedi isn't really far behind. And I am not surprised to see this land second on this list. Good triumphs over evil. Darth Vader is redeemed. Luke finally masters the Force. What send-off could have been better for a trilogy loved by many. "
- "This only fails in comparison with Episode 5. Carrie Fisher really took on a major role here. She's no longer the damsel in distress and proved that she was an able fighter. That said, as the trilogy came full circle, Princess Leia's role also has gone full circle. And Carrie was in her best form here."

in What are the best action movies"I love the Star Wars series. My favorite movie so far is Star Wars: The Return of the Jedi. It's a classic and I'll always love the classics the best over the new films. It's the third and final part of the Star Wars trilogy (or at least it was back in the day). I love the characters, especially Han Solo and Darth Vader. The cinematography is amazing and I love the music. The story is what makes this movie, though. It's a movie that should be viewed by everyone, even if they don't like sci-fi films, I think they will love this movie."
