"If you're a fan of Tolkien's stories you've probably already seen this film. That doesn't mean it's a good film, just that you've had to have seen it because you couldn't miss it. If you're only just learning about it, it's worth watching, but it won't compare to LOTR, despite the studios trying to pump it up in a similar vein."

"Evangeline Lilly is smoking hot in this one. While it is a bit weird to see her acting very stiff, I guess you could forgive her for elves show little to no emotions at all. That being said, it is wonderful to see how she pulled it off."

"Even though I am not a diehard fan of the Hobbit series, I found this movie to be quite interesting. Pitting good against evil in a compelling storyline it is easy to become engrossed in it. Great graphics and scenery."

"It's a real shame Smaug only shows up for like 10 minutes because he was undeniably the best part. Benedict Cumberbatch really brought his A game!"

"Glad this messy trilogy finally ended but I'm crushed that this will probably be the last Middle Earth movie I will ever see Ian McKellen in. :'("
