"I don't know what's in the mind of these brilliant German Expressionist directors. Instead of your typical horror story, they convey it with acting, cinematography and overall theme. Minimalistic but effective."

"It's one of the first silent films that I have seen. I was surprised to see know that it was made in the 1920s. The Blu-ray 4k restoration really did some magic to be able to provide that level of quality."

"The jagged aesthetic of this movie is freaky and totally amazing! I don't know what kind of inspiration spirit possessed the makers of this film but this film was INSPIRED!!"
