"This is one of the most iconic Charlie Chaplin movies, and one that most people think of when they picture his stunts (aside from "Modern Times", of course). The setting of a circus really gives Charlie a chance to perform some unique stunts, and of course the humor is top notch!"

"This is a classic and definitely a good Charlie Chaplin movie. If it's the best or not will be up to you, since that's just subjective. However I definitely say to watch it. You'll enjoy it!"
