"Hands down, this is the best possible answer to this question. I finally watched these movies, and they blew my mind. The first one has to be my favorite of all time, now."

"A true princess, man! I distinctly remember having a solid crush on Liv Tyler when I was 13 and the movie first came out! Don't deny it guys, she's the reason why we have a crush on Elven cosplayers now! :))) "

"My bum hurts from watching this very long movie including the two more that follows this. But this is actually my fave out of the three because this is the beginning of it all,. It's very nostalgic and it gives me the feels whenever the Gandalf arrives in the Shire."

"I grew up reading the Tolkien books so I was really concerned about who was going to play Gandalf. Thankfully, Ian Mckellen really did a phenomenal job with the role. He was funny but also wise. Great job Sir Ian!"

"This is by far the best film adaptation of Tolkien's work. It is truly a classic just like the novel it is based on. "

"The fellowship is my favorite LOTR movie. It is also one of the best films I have ever seen. Elijah portrayed young Frodo very well that you can see how innocent and carefree he is in this movie. You can see a hint of darkness in the second and third movies. But here, you can see how pure at heart he is. And Wood acted his part marvelously. "

"I don't need to say more about this because this is LOTR! One of the OG fantasy movies you need to watch. I mean seriously, this is an absolutely incredible film. Tolkien's novel came to life and it did not disappoint! I love that different mythological characters exist in Middle Earth and that seemed to be the factor why this movie is a fairy tale of myth and fantasy. "

"You have to imagine how I felt watching this movie for the first time. I haven't read the book and I had no clue what would happen and what the plot of the story was. Then came Gollum, a monstrous creature with murderous eyes. Now, the orcs were scary enough. But Gollum brought a certain something in LOTR: Fellowship of the Ring. And watching it for the first time, Andy Serkis gave me the creeps. And I am not one to be easily scared!"

"A lot of people I know have either seen or read the fellowship of the ring. And since I was bored last weekend and have nothing in my watch list, I decided to check out this film. The quality on Neptune Rising, so far, is absolutely the best! I mean, I didn't expect I'd be able to watch it in that high quality, so really thankful to have discovered neptune rising and for the first movie I watched there. Good experience!"

"Fellowship presents a very dark and grim adventure but still a worthwhile one which is why it deserves a place on this list. The trilogy might seem like a massive undertaking but Fellowship starts it off on the right foot."
  • Andrea Kelley

"Is there even a need to explain why Fellowship is on this list? No one can compare to the filmmaking achievement of this movie even after seventeen years! Since this movie's release in 2001, movies have never been the same since."

"There are few movie experiences more epic than the LOTR movies, and FOTR kicked off that franchise beautifully. I strongly recommend watching on a projection screen if possible, it's worth it!!"

Mine's kinda slow so I needed to wait for the movie to buffer before I can watch it (since u can only play it there on kodiiiii) :P"

"J. R. R. Tolkien became one of my favorite authors after reading this book. The way he describes the sprawling landscapes and the nature of the backdrop was really beautifully written. The book can be a bit long, but never boring."

"One of the best! great set, acting, editing, cinematography! Sure, I guess the Baahubali series can be one of the Indian counterparts but nothing can beat LOTR. Based on the question "what are the best movies like Baahubali 2 to watch online", then I'd give this item 3/5"
