"Many of Stephen King's books have turned into fantastic movies. Many haven't. Unfortunately, The Green Mile is the latter and just doesn't work. The movie doesn't capture the same essence as the book. It seems as if the creators never even bothered reading the book."

"You are not a Tom Hanks fan if you skipped on watching this film. This movie is gold and will make you captivated in every scene. The 3-hour duration of this movie did not bother me at all."
