"10/10 movie. No, seriously. My friend recommended I watch this movie over a year ago and only until now did I decide to actually go through with the experience. My life has not been complete until now. For one, I love magic. Next, I love Nolan. WHY WOULDN'T I HAVE WATCHED IT EARLIER!? This movie is amazing, astounding, full of intrigue, twists, everything you can imagine. It is in my all time top 10 favourites movies of all time. I cannot recommend this movie enough. Scarlett Johansson's character herself even provides a few twists. A definitely, must see."

"Fans of the director Christopher Nolan will often declare The Dark Knight, Inception, and Interstellar as the best Nolan movies. But I want to make a case for the early(ish) gem The Prestige: a dark, enchanting, and sinister story of dueling magicians (Christian Bale and Hugh Jackman) in a competition to perfect their act and destroy each other. I love how well Nolan recreates Victorian London in this one, and Christian Bale has never been better."

"I can't recommend this film as being similar to Fight Club in any meaningful sense. Maybe because both films explore human nature from a pessimistic perspective? It's really hard to say. I did enjoy both films, but I don't think they're anything alike."

"The Prestige is a very stranger unpredictable movie wit a lot of twists and turns. I can guarantee you will not regret watching this movie. The cast for this movie could not be any better. I would give this 10 stars if I was able too!"

"I'm confused where the lines between magic and science are blured. It's like Inception except it's in the 19th century."
