- #1July 4, 2018"While this may be the most complete movie in the whole LOTR series, it is also possibly the worst one in the trilogy. What made this movie great really was Frodo's quest. Or technically, the part where they started their quest and the part where Frodo bonded with the creature Gollum. The dynamics of those scenes were intense and so believable that you'd really believe that Gollum could be redeemed by Frodo's compassion."

I liked how the Fellowship shifted their attention to the two halflings instead of chasing after Frodo and Sam. I specifically loved Andy Serkis' performance as Gollum. The story is great and all, but it was Gollum who did it for me. Especially the scene where Smeagol vanished Gollum."
