"As a fan of Roald Dahl, I must say I'm a little disappointed with this movie. Plenty of parts in the book were totally removed from the movie and the story was changed a bit. The story was good though, and the acting was pretty impressive."

"I watched the witches as a kid and i swear to god the witch's face gave me nightmares. I rewatched it at 20 years old and it still scares the living daylights out of me. Solid costume and production design given their budget."

"Oh my god the witches are so ugly they're effectively scary!! I advise pregnant women not to watch this lol. The witches are so different from the beautiful and seductive witches in other movies."
