"The Netflix documentary The Witness was excellently made. I think this story contributes to the idea that people, for some odd reason, will not assist someone who is currently being victimized by a crime. I can recall some people advised individuals who are being assaulted or raped to scream fire in an attempt to gain assistance. This story adds credence to that concept."

"This one is better. Once again the solution is accurate in so far as the result is a documentary and it is on Netflix. Member reviews paint an overall very positive picture of the documentary's quality. However the analysis lets me down again by not giving me much beyond a synopsis."

"An interesting story told via documentary. A woman in Queens was murdered in 1984 and the brother goes about trying to set the record straight. There were 38 witnesses to the murder and at the time no one came forward. It definitely kept me interested and was a good watch."

"Tragedy of a young girl, is society responsible for such murder being witnessed in cold blood, watch the documentary and make your determination. Did people really just watch from their window, or is there some more sinister plot involved, see the reenactment now."

"This is a well-done documentary. I had heard about this case before watching this documentary. I really feel for the brother of the victim."
