Arundhati Roy
Arundhati Roy (1961, Meghalaya, India) is an Indian writer, actress and political activist. Her debut novel, 'The God of small things' won the Booker Prize in 1997. She is also known for writing and costarring the film 'Annie gives it to those ones'. She is involved in several environmental and human rights causes.
