I'm not in the least athletic at all, so you'd think I have no connection to these super-conditioned people. The feats they have to perform seem impossible, and yet they achieve them. Watching these athletes compete is a vicarious adrenaline rush, I feel elated at their achievements."

Fun, and gives you a workout just sitting down watching it. Its a show of 2 teams battling it out on a fast paced obstacle course. First one with the quickest time wins the whole thing.
