"I guess Euron still has a long way to become the ruler of the seven kingdoms, or even by the king of pirates after I have watched this. Black Sails is definitely one of the best TV shows to watch after game of thrones :)"

"Ever since i found out that Game of Thrones will be airing its final season this year I had been trying to find tv shows like Game of Thrones. So far Black Sails is the one i loved as it has elements of gore, and sea battles. Anyways, i cant wait for the new and last season of GoT!!!! "

"I've been looking for something for months that would help quench my Game of Thrones fix once I burned through all the episodes. Black Sails is definitely in the same camp in my opinion. It's great if you're kind of a history buff who enjoys good pirate stories. It's nice to take a break from the fantasy world that is GOT every once in a while. "

"Black Sails has some things in common with Game of Thrones. Superficially, they are both dark shows with a dark, moody aesthetic. Plot-wise, they both offer plenty of suspense and intrigue. You're not gonna find much out there that closely resembles Game of Thrones. This is about as close as it can get and it's pretty good, too."
