"Don't get underwhelmed by Knights of Sidonia CG animation. If you accept its style, you will enjoy a great post-apocalyptic sci-fi anime with mecha battles, aliens and  an antixenophobic message. The second half plays with more innovatives ideas and focus more in the characters instead of the action, a change that I greatly enjoyed."

"I didn't really think much of this show when I first saw it. The animation was a bit daunting at first but you get used to it after a few episodes. What makes it great is the solid story and is a proper sci-fi story all the way."

"Anime meets sci-fi and all is right with my world. I enjoyed this show immensely, as has my family. We're not necessarily anime fans, but this was well done and exceeded our expectations."
