Nyan Koi
Nyan Koi is a 12-episode anime TV series that came out in 2009. A high-schooler allergic to cats accidentally breaks a cat statue and can understand cat speak. Cats tell him that he must atone for the broken statue by granting them 100 wishes or he'll turn into a cat and die.
