"This is an interesting series done in a documentary style format. I love the suspense, cliff-hangers, and drama. I also enjoy the lead character, as I feel he really brings the Robert Durst character alive. The only thing I do not like about this series is that it is on HBO. I have to pay extra to see the show. So I tried to watch other the best HBO documentaries on this list but i think this is the best so far. "

"Okay first of all i would like to point out that The Jinx is a docu series but if i would have to make a list of the best HBO documentaries i would choose The Jinx as the top one. Why? The story is so bizarre and has been shrouded in mystery for decades. I like how it provides a deeper look at the disapperance of Durst's 1st wife, murder of his bestfridn and the dismemberment of his neighbour."

"Watched this documentary without knowing anything about it and was literally blown away. Although i admit it starts a little slow but was so wild towards the ending. I suggest you also watch it without knowing anything about the story because you'll be entertained."

"This is a good documentary TV show in terms of true crime. While it is a little too gritty for my taste, the suspense, succinctness, and highly detailed story actually comes though with a confession from Durst, but one that seems is not admissible in court."

"To cover a true crime series, one must be able to cover from all angles without being bias. The Jinx was thoroughly dissected for mass understanding. A really compelling and bizarre story."

"Probably one of the best gripping documentaries nowadays... It's so interesting how the production managed to execute and tell the story of Robert Durst"
