The best part is the instructions on *how* to do the exercises -- a lot of free "tighter abs in ten weeks" or similar style workouts tend to be sparse on directions to do the exercises efficiently. They also have workout plans which fit different schedules, so being short on time doesn't get in the way as much as it might in bigger plans."
