"Acupressure: Heal Yourself is a decent acupressure app. It has been informative, but I wish it was more exciting to use. I'd rather videos than reading information."

Applying manual pressure in specific points on your body can have beneficial impacts in your body. This alternative therapy, known as acupressure, has been used for centuries, and this app will provide techniques and locations to perform this healing procedure.

"This acupressure app appears to cover some very basic information, but not in great depth. It looks like it just kind of aggregates some simple material without really commenting on it or tying it all together meaningfully. Those with any experience in this topic might want a more professional app."

"HelloMind is an acupressure app available from the iTunes. It will help you decide what you should focus your acupressure on, and help you figure out where to focus to help you with your individual problems. I'm not a big believer in acupressure, but if you are this might be some use. "

    Worry Watch

Worry Watch is a journal that will help you keep track of what worries you, so you don't stress over unfounded things. Just write down what are you worried about, and once you don't worry about it anymore check if it was as bad as you expected it to be: you will realize most of things you are worried about don't turn to be that crucial!

"This app is a wonderful addition when used with acupressure. Even if you don't do acupressure, this app is great for writing down things when you worry or stress too much. It definitely helps with my stress/worry levels!"

"Headspace is great for mindfulness and meditation. I haven't used it for acupressure and not even sure it's possible. It's a good related app though and worth checking out if you like alternative medicine."
