"it's inspiring to see not just someone as young as grace pass her auditions AND win, but also that she did it with her own original songs. it's inspired me to try making songs of my own!"

DID YOU KNOW?

The youngest winner of America's Got Talent was then 11-years old singer Bianca Ryan. She was the first winner of the talent show which started in 2006. She wowed the judges during America's Got Talent auditions because she had a big voice for her age. Bianca proved her vocal range by singing Jennifer Hudson's And I Am Telling You I'm Not Going. Since then, the AGT auditions have become a starting point for many young talents. If you're an avid fan of AGT you might recall winners Grace VanderWaal and Darci Lynne Farmer. These young ladies won America's Got Talent seasons 11 and 12 respectively, both at the age of twelve.

Although the winners get a chance at stardom, being a contestant at AGT is already a great stepping stone. Case in point is Jackie Evancho. When she auditioned in AGT's fifth season when she was ten years old, she blew away the judges with her vocal range. Jackie had the voice of a seasoned opera singer at such a tender age. As she advanced to the finals, she was the second runner up. Despite not winning the competition, Jackie Evancho earned wide recognition. Among the former contestants of AGT, she has the most top-selling albums. Jackie Evancho was even included in America's Got Talent Champions. It comes to show that AGT is a show where various young stars can shine, despite not winning one million dollars. You can also watch America's Got Talent episodes to find your new favorite superstars. If you only want to watch singers perform, you can go for The Voice or American Idol audition videos.
