"I've used this app ever since it was first released. It is the BEST review app for restaurants, bars , clubs and other locations. There are also loads of pictures uploaded by users from the locations they reviewed. I've seen reviews for places in every country I've been to. This is a better review app than any other on the internet and is highly recommended. "

"Yelp is an okay app for exploring cities but it is generally food based. To find actual attractions and other things to go see, I would definitely use a different app."

"This app is a must have for those traveling. The greatest feature about this app is you don't need an internet connection, so no major roaming charges to find a good place to eat. They have some really great recommendations. It is absolutely worth the download."

"I know we sometimes get tired of of our various service providers curating our content. But in the case of Fever, I think this is just the time you WANT someone doing some curating for you. I don't know about you, but when I go to a knew city, it can be a bit daunting. I've used services like Yelp to try and help me track down restaurants, cafes, specialty stores, etc., when I'm in an unknown area. Fever makes this process more seamless, and much more convenient. There city choices are limited at this point in time, which is why they don't get 5 stars. I trust this is something they are working on!"

"I used Time Out while travelling far away from home recently, and it seemed useful at first, but I was quickly disappointed. I had saved some items for later on the website, and the app doesn't seem to sync with what you've saved - you can only access the information that you've saved on your phone. This disconnect majorly reduces the usefulness for me, as I'd like to ideally save things while at home, and view them on the go. This unfortunately isn't really possible."

"This app is less about exploration of different locations around the cities but more about helping you to find some events in your surroundings. I have it on my phone but the last time I tried to get some helpful tips from it, I got nothing, just a blank screen, saying that there are no events near me. It is not that consistent in the first place and for exploration purposes Nearify is a bad call. "

"ResturauntFinder is a pretty cool app that's similar to Yelp, and is a great app for finding a restaurant you'd like to go to or a particular food. It's particularly good for cities because there's always so many restaurants around to visit and try out. You can also save any of your favorite restaurants, so you can remember where they're at and go back for another visit if you want to. The breakdown of each restaurant is great and includes how clean the place is, ambiance, menu, hours, things like that-- really great for finding restaurants. "

"If you're in a new city and need to know bus schedules and routes this is indispensable. That being said if the city you're in isn't covered by the app it's pretty useless."

"This app helps find local events but I wanted something that listed all the places around and not just one's that it deemed as "events". I wanted to be able to filter differently and have maps."

"It's a good thing this app is free because I don't think anyone would pay for it. The results it gives are pretty basic and not super helpful. In most cases you'd be better of just using Google Maps and looking around yourself. If they could improve this some and give more useful results it would be decent but not like this."
