    "I needed a free android app for editing pictures. I've tried a lot of the free ones, and I couldn't find any that were particularly good except for the paid photoshop type of apps. Fotor Photo Editor is the best of the free apps. It's kind of limited in functionality, but it's really easy to use and quite simple."
