After you indicate to this app what kind of mood you are in, it then proceeds to recommend a mediation for you, which is pretty cool, because there are loads of different meditations with different purposes. This app offers stickers for rewards and a function for tracking your progress, but the most meaningful outcome would be how calm and peaceful you feel. This looks like a useful app."

    "I've been trying to reduce stress lately and meditate. I wanted an app that was great for practicing mindfulness for my Android phone. I found out about Calm. This app is great for practicing meditation. It has many different sessions of different lengths that you can try out. It's very easy to use and I haven't had any issues with the app crashing or causing issues. It has helped me tremendously with reducing stress and relaxing, as well as sleeping at night. I love this app and recommend it to everyone who wants to practice mindfulness."
