"Bleach Brave Souls is a really good game that really retains its anime-like quality. This means that I really still feel like it's like an anime that I really enjoy a lot! Did you know that the first anime film released in Japan is made with chalk on a board and is less than five minutes in length? According to the RightStuf Anime website on "Global History of Anime" article, the first anime was released in the early '17 or late '16 by manga artist Shimokawa Oten. In 1917, twenty short animated films were released in Japan, and during that time, Oten Shimokawa together with another manga artist Junichi Kouchi and painter Seitaro Kitayama were fascinated with animation. The three men have started working with a small crew and together they were nicknamed "the fathers of anime" because of their remarkable output. Meanwhile, several television networks from all over the world are screening some of the famous Japanese anime TV series, either dubbed in a local language or with subtitles in English. Because of the popularity of anime among young people and adults, app developers also created anime games for anime lovers. One of these apps is Love Live!School idol festival. This game is perfect for anime fans who also love singing. Another anime game is the Dragon Ball Z Dokkan Battle. This application game is perfect for those who are fans of fighting games.

"I've owned this on PS1 (still have the discs!), PC, PS4 and now mobile. It's really the same experience, and the touch controls are mostly good. The races are a little troublesome, but the bulk of the gameplay works just fine. It works and looks as good as a 20 year old PS1 game can look on a phone, and come on - cross dressing Cloud! 5 million stars."

"Final Fantasy IX is a notable video game in the Japanese RPG or JRPG genre. However, I don't know that I'd necessarily call it an "anime" game just because it's Japanese; the art certainly isn't in a Japanese anime style. This version of the game is also for Android, not iOS (although an iOS version is available)."
