It helps with a varitey of issues besides anxiety, like depression, head injury and stress to just name a few. It lets you write notes to help that help you to track your moods so it can help you pin point what triggers your anxiety, or even helps you see what helps you with it. It helps me keep my thoughts in order about what it is going on in my life so I am better able to talk with my doctors about what has been going on with my mental health.
