"I've been having trouble sleeping recently because of stresses in life. I'm so glad I found this app just in time. I have found a friend in this app. It easily provides me the relaxation that I need, because I don't really know where to begin when I want to meditate, but this solves all my problems regarding that. I have been sleeping well and am feeling more relaxed since I used this app."

"This is cute. It's kind of an affirmation type thing, which seems like it might do SOMEONE some good, somewhere. It's really not for me, it reminds me too much of the "Worry Men" episode of Batman Animated; a neat idea, but doesn't really bear much scrutiny. "

"As a person who has had bad anxiety in the past. This app would not help with a person's anxiety. Especially if they have social anxiety, this app would give a person more anxiety as it's meant to help those that are suffering with depression and its related symptoms. While useful to some people, the app is geared to another type of user. Mainly those with depression, thus this would not be a good app for those with anxiety."
