Wraith is a whirlwind fighter, able to execute swift and deadly attacks and manipulate spacetime by opening rifts in the fabric of reality. Determined to uncover her true identity, Wraith began a quest to find out more about the experiments.

"It's basically the game's own version of Tracer, only less blinky, and more void-y but the effect basically the same. Good for escaping tight spots and gaining invulnerability for a few seconds. Those portals are really good going back forth between point A to point B. A good character to try out for beginners to the game."

"Wraith is the most advantageous character in Apex Legends because she has the smallest hitbox among all the characters, which means that your opponents will have a harder time killing you compared to other characters. Her ability, "Into the Void" allows the player to easily escape engagements, at the same time, can initiate fights and surprise attacks. She can also create a portal for mobility and strategic positioning throughout the map. Wraith is easily the best character at making sure that you get an instant advantage when stepping onto the battlefield."

Born into a military family where she, her parents, and her four older brothers all served in the IMC Armed Forces, Bangalore has been an exceptional soldier since she was young. She was top of her class at the IMC Military Academy.

"She would be your typical assault character in this game. Her combination of sprints and smoke canister skills are great and can be used offensively or defensively depending on your team's strategy. Much like Gibraltar's ultimate, that airstrike is great for mowing down enemies."

Gibraltar is a gentle giant with a wild side. The son of two SARAS (Search and Rescue Association of Solace) volunteers, he has always been skilled at getting others out of dangerous situations that are common in the Outlands.

    • Keith ReyesWritten on February 7, 2019
"He's not as tanky as you might think but that physical shield and shield wall skill does increase survivability quite a bit as well as being useful for holding down a position from enemy barrages. That airstrike ultimate is awesome to use and watch. "

Ajay Che, aka Lifeline, was once the child of wealthy war profiteers, she left home when she learned of the damage her family had caused and enlisted in the Frontier Corps, a humanitarian organization that aids Frontier communities in need.

    • Wang LuoWritten on February 7, 2019
"I wouldn't recommend this to new players as support characters like her do require a bit of experience to fully utilize and take advantage of. She pairs well with Gibraltar due to the passive skill that revives fallen teammates faster when under a shield wall."

Bloodhound is known across the Outlands as one of the greatest game hunters the Frontier has ever seen. Their identity is a mystery wrapped in layers of rumors: they are fabulously wealthy, a bloodthirsty murderer, a Goliath whisperer, a former slave.

    • Scott AlvaradoWritten on February 7, 2019
"Bloodhound is not an easy character to play but when used right, he can be indispensable in dealing with enemies with this tracking/hunting specialties. Communication will be crucial though so take full advantage of that in-game voice chat."

Pathfinder is the picture of optimism, despite his circumstances. A MRVN (Mobile Robotic Versatile eNtity) modified to specialize in location scouting and surveying, he booted up decades ago in an abandoned laboratory with no idea who created him or why.

    • Charles WatsonWritten on February 7, 2019
"I had a bit of an odd time playing this character. I can't quite pinpoint how to best play this quirky robot. The grappling hook skill is great for reaching places and getting out of danger quickly but most characters in this game are plenty mobile and his zip line ultimate is very situational."

Before there was Caustic, a scientist named Alexander Nox worked at Humbert Labs, the Frontier’s leading manufacturer of pesticide gases. With a glut of pesticides needed to protect the growing Frontier colonies’ crops.

    • Cheng GuWritten on February 7, 2019
"What a deliciously evil character and skill set that spreads death everywhere through the use of poison gas. There's is a lot of creative ways to set up your poison canisters traps all over the place for enemies to unsuspectingly fumble on. His ultimate is great for crowd control. He is definitely no hero but so fun to use and play."

Mirage is the kind of guy who likes to stand out, he perfected the art of fooling around to get attention. The one thing he took seriously was Holo-Pilot technology: introduced to the illusion-creating tech by his engineer mother.

    • Tian YeWritten on February 7, 2019
"Mirage is one sneaky character. You can send out decoys to mess with enemies or set up an attack while cloaked. There are a variety of ways to play him either from an offensive or defensive standpoint."
