"If I've tried one music app I've tried them all and its hard to top Shazam. I often find myself searching for the name of a song and with Shazam I can do it easily but Shazam doesn't stop there. I can find lyrics, see bios, and get up to date music news all from the app. As the song plays I can just tap my watch and , bam, the lyrics scroll across the screen. How cool is that? I can also discover new music and even see what music my favorite musicians are listening to. "

"1Password has established itself as a password management platform to beat. Having installed it on my iPhone and mac computer, it was great news when they released an apple watch version as well. It does everything it does on other devices and I couldn't be happier to have this great app installed on all my devices"

"I just received an Apple watch for my birthday. I wanted to find the best apps for my watch. A coworker of mine recommended the app Citymapper. I decided to give it a try and must say that I was somewhat disappointed. I think that the premise of the app is good and definitely needed, but I just think I was underwhelmed. I feel like a basic map app provided me with better information. All in all, I would pass on this app if you're considering it. "

"When I bought my Apple Watch I went looking to the usual suspects -- weather.com, weather.gov, etc. -- for an app that would bring the weather forecast to my watch. I settled on CARROT weather, which at 5 bucks is a steal and injects some levity into the weather forecast by means of some irreverent humor."

"One of the biggest needs I have when I'm attending meetings is note tanking. Let's be honest, I'm a terrible typist. Usually during weekly meetings at work I'm pretending to write down key points my manager is discussing but I'm really just scribbling words in my head for an imaginary game of Boggle. It's pretty tough for me to concentrate and dictate. Well searching long and hard, brought me to a really cool app called Just Press Record. This app is for the Apple iPad's and iPhones but best of all it's also offered for the Apple Watch. This is what I'm using to help me through those meetings. I got an Apple Watch earlier this year and it's been great but I think I found an app that's just perfect for it's usage. So, Just Press Record does exactly as it sounds. It's $4.99, a bit high, but for my needs, it's priceless. I tossed it on my Apple Watch and tested it out and sure enough it does exactly as advertised. It's the ultimate mobile audio recorder. There's transcription and iCloud syncing to all my devices too which is great because recording meetings and having it right on my desktop and laptop is so invaluable. This app has solved a lot of my problems with keeping focus during meetings because I can still be zoned out and have a chance to go over the recordings later so I don't miss a thing. The best part of this, especially since it's on my Apple Watch, is that it's discreet. I don't have to look like I'm recording things with an actual audio recorder device since that's so amateurish in today's time. I can look attentive and feel confident knowing Just Press Record is doing all my note taking for me on the spot through it's audio recording."

"I found this app to be pretty accurate for translating some things as long as the text is fairly straightforward. If the text has long sentences then the translation can get messed up. "

"Really good app to help you keep track of your schedule. To be fair, it doesn't have many more features than the regular reminders app on an iPhone but it works well enough. If you're looking for a little more, grab this."
