DID YOU KNOW?

It's official: Facebook still holds the crown as the most downloaded iPhone app of all time. In the second quarter of 2018, Business Insider revealed that social media applications dominated their Top 10 Most Popular iPhone apps. No wonder social media have made a significant turning point in the way people connect and communicate now. Everything is one click away. Everything is just a 'tweet' away, to say in the cliche. Gone are the days of snail mails and say hello to the fast and real-time e-mails for any purposes you may have in mind.

The definition of the 'best apps' really varies from person to person. From a perspective of a normal social media user, these apps are merely for connecting to their friends, talking to their family who live abroad, to just be entertained by celebrities and other social media influencers. Yet, for the business minded people, these apps are a great avenue to market their brand. It is no wonder that Instagram has stepped up its game and launched Instagram Business feature. The best apps for both iOS and Android do not just revolve around social media and chatting apps. Productivity apps for organizing files, schedules, calendars, and apps for cleaning iPhone and Android are also among the top list. The best part is one does not really need to spend a dime on them. Thanks to the free yet useful apps ever developed. And of course, for the tech junkies, IT software analysts, and programmers, applications such as virtual machines, VPNs, and IDEs are ideal. Well, to be fair, users of Tizen, an operating system utilized by some Samsung smartphones, can also download these apps. They just have to download android apps converters to Tizen format to fully utilize them.
