    #2Worry Watch

    Worry Watch

Worry Watch is a journal that will help you keep track of what worries you, so you don't stress over unfounded things. Just write down what are you worried about, and once you don't worry about it anymore check if it was as bad as you expected it to be: you will realize most of things you are worried about don't turn to be that crucial!

"I've had a long time problem with anxiety and have always just tried to deal with it. Anyway, I heard about this app supposedly helping people that struggle with anxiety, so I downloaded it. I have to say that it does help me when I feel the anxiety starting to take control. There are many things in the app that will help with this such as games, meditation and other activities. I'm still discovering new things within the app but I'm pretty happy with it so far."

"Pretty useless after you learn some basic calming techniques yourself. If you need the calming sounds and pictures there are plenty of easily accessible alternatives out there. I like the idea, sort of, but overall not much more than a collection of google images and generic sound files."
