"Camera+ has some neat photo editing capabilities, though I'm not sure that would make it a "hipster" app - everyone wants to make their pictures look good. An app I'd describe as being explicitly a "hipster" app would probably be more life-style focused. I'd characterize this particular app as being helpful for those who want to be able to make simple edits to pictures directly on mobile devices before uploading them, but if you want to portray a certain lifestyle or aesthetic, an app alone will not totally do everything for you."

"Uber and hipsters go hand in hand. I feel like I first learned about uber from my hipster friends who live in Park Slope. The concept of Uber is genius. It basically took what ever person in NYC was thinking "why can't we order a taxi online?, why can't we pay for taxi rides online?" and created a service that really is appealing to not only hipsters (though they do love it) but all people. Uber took it one step further by letting riders rate drivers and really make the app something that helps better our lives. "

" I was sipping on by home brewed organic ginger kombucha at this really unknown local cafe and decided to try this app. I was shocked and if I may say a bit dismayed. It showed me what was at the time time my favorite blogs that had the most, i thought obscure music but now I know that all my friends and a whole bunch of random people listen to those tracks and read those blogs. It will help me find places to avoid."

"Lyft would be a wonderful solution for people who live in a town where it's an option, but it's not something I personally can use where I live. I do think that the app is well designed and intuitive, and even though I can't use it now, I look forward to when it becomes an option in my town. It's such a great alternative to public transportation, and I love that people who provide services have a way to make some extra case. "
