"You get what you pay for and this isn’t a bad app. If you’re not willing to go the more expensive route with a reliable professional firm, then this is a cheap alternative. But I wouldn’t expect you would actually use this for an extended period. Maybe see if the idea of such security is worthwhile."

"I like this app for when I am away from the house and my kids are at home, but it doesn't really help my anxiety when they are out and about away from the house. I think there are other apps that would help me find out where my kids are and what they are doing than this one. It's not bad if you have kids that stay at home all the time, but when they are on the go, this app doesn't help out then."

"This used to be a really good app, but recent updates have made it next to useless. I only get occasional updates and can't track my child's location. It's not really worth it anymore and I'm looking for a better alternative. "

"Kidgy is good for keeping track of what the kids are doing with their technology, and also keeping tabs on where they are. A few years ago one of the daycare workers took some of the kids off the grounds without parental consent, and that has made me a bit paranoid. I like being able to make sure my son's tablet is still logged in at the daycare from time to time."

"In theory, this app is a great idea. Unfortunately it just falls short. A lack of updates make the data unreliable, and the app icon makes it appear like a cartoon game rather than a serious safety app. Spend your $1.99 elsewhere."
