"This app is ridiculous. Whatever you can do in this app, the notes app is a lot more efficient. This app is poorly built and hard to get around in. Steer clear and just use notes."

"This app helps users track and manage back pain. The app features a system of reporting pain levels. Also, the self-reporting feature allows for diagnosis and treatment of back pain. This can provide evidence to doctors, government agencies or insurance companies as documented by the user. Information is available in numerous formats including graphs, charts and calendars. The app also features a responsive help team to respond to any problems. "

"This app is good for someone whose already into fitness, but it’s probably useless for others. I exercise a lot, so I found the app’s information useful and relevant. My mom, who doesn’t exercise, hadn’t an entirely different experience. She thought the app would provide more tips for pain relief than it does. She wasn’t interested in the physical fitness aspect that the app emphasizes. You’re enjoyment of this app will be very subjective. "

"This very well done App has been around quite a while and gone through a lot of improvements. The biggest downside is the lack of a backup facility for your very valuable data, but they seem pretty responsive to comments and are promising a big update this year that will include that much needed feature."

"The app helps you treat the pain with exercises. I like that it the app actually gives you a treatment option that is adjusted based on how good/bad you are at performing the exercise. I have been using the app for three weeks and can feel that my back is less stiff. I would recommend it for anyone with back pain."

"This app is a nice way to track daily pain. The interface is simple to use and allows for reviewing and editing previous day's entries. Overall I have not seen a better app in this category. With access to doctor's reports, My Pain Diary is as fully functional as one can expect. "
