    This app has some incredible graphic effects for your photos. You can mix two photos together. Haven't found an ability to add sparkles to my photos though.

    Filterstorm Neue is a great app for iOS to edit pictures. My fiancee installed it on her iPhone, and I must admit that she's able to do great edits to our pictures!
