"I started using AnkiDroid in the middle of my Highschool career, and I can say without a doubt that their slogan “Memorize anything” is no joke. The technique behind Anki has been proven scientifically, and it has saved me in classes like Chemistry, Physics, and especially in AP courses."

"As someone who has always preferred to study alone this app is great! I can make my own flashcards and quiz myself. And since I am doing this myself it is easier for me to keep focus on the task at hand. Having this in a portable format also means I can do it anywhere and any time I have a free moment. At work, or at home, or at the grocery store , it doesn't matter. Any time I have a free minute I can use this to bone up on the subject I am trying to study for. "

"Must have if you are a student, the synching is great and the notifications are soso, they could be a little more accurate to me. Sometimes i get the notifications and sometimes they come in silent. I have contacted the developer about this to no response. Other than that its good for reminders and tests. "

"BrainPOP Featured Movie is an app available from iTunes. It helps kids learn various subjects through videos. It covers most of the normal classes and offers a short quiz after the videos to make sure the children learned the topic. The app has a 6.99 cost for the full app. I would say it fits the topic pretty well."

"I don't really like using Adobe, and I thought this might be a good alternative. Boy, was I wrong. This is the most buggy app I have ever used! I can barely open a document without crashing the entire program, and even when It's not crashing, the functionality is terrible. This is not a feature-rich app by any means. For students who don't know any better, this could possibly be suitable, but for anyone else, stay far away! "
