"This was honestly just OK - Even if you've never seen this play, reviews and publicity have already told you that Katurian is a frustrated amateur writer who is being questioned by a pair of police who don't answer to anyone. Its very well written, just hard to follow since it starts off slow."

"Hadn't read Shakespeare since high school, but this might be one of the least tedious, but what makes this version really good is it provides notes throughout the play, an intro to how to read Shakespeare and other things like a prologue from a scholar interpreting the text from a modern perspective. The only negative about this version is I heard the Kindle version has a bunch of errors in it so be careful purchasing that."

"I had always heard the Folger's edition of Shakespeare's plays was top-notch and this was my first. The notes make it easy to read and highlight the famous lines in the play. The plot is an important one in history and the romance between Antony and Cleopatra is beautifully captured."

"I bought this to read prior to watching the DVD of the Laramie Project, to compare, and was glad I did. It carry's as much if not more of the drama and weightiness of the subject matter, the killing of Matthew Shepard in 1998. An easy and quick read, it helped me identify the characters later on the DVD, and though in stage format, doesn't read like a novel. I finished it in one afternoon, and if this horrific incident still concerns you, this is a good way to understand how it affected so many in a sparsly populated "city" in a huge mostly unpopulated state. Hate knows no boundaries, but how it affected Laramie, is well done with an unusual idea. It took great courage to do this project, and should be more widely read, if not required reading, for schools."
