"Enclave is a book by Ann Aguirre. It is available from Amazon for $12.21. It is the story about humanity being forced to live underground in enclaves after war and plagues have ravaged the surface. Two heroes are forced out of the enclave and learn to survive on their own. It is quite a story and worth the read but it doesn't really match the topic."

"I would not exactly call this a book about extraterrestrials - there are other books that address those specific themes more specifically. It seems like this is more of a fantasy book than a science fiction one. You still might enjoy it though if you are open-minded though, it's a classic series, if nothing else."

"Its easy to see why this is such a great book. Its hard to find where the author went wrong on this one. The writing is great and it will keep you up at night with nightmares. Although its very scary to read, its something that you wont want to or be able to put down. It was very refreshing to see the author take a chance when it came to writing this book. It goes away from what they are used to. "

"This book is classic. When I recently saw Neil guest on The Big Bang Theory, I was reminded I hadn't read Neverwhere in awhile. I actually own the rather shoddy television miniseries adaption on VHS. It doesn't hold a candle to the book, which I always devour in a single sitting."

"While this book is very much about alien lifeforms, there is also much to do about us regular lifeforms. It brings home the point of how humans have a very hard time accepting ones that are different from them. Personally, I felt it is very much for a younger age group, mostly pre-teens and teens, stretching with young adults. I don't feel it is the best book to represent literature about extra-terrestrials for adults, but it might be a fun read for the younger groups."
