"What makes this book the best book about the Mafia is that it is a true story. The French Connection is a great read and gets down into the dirt and grit of the mafia. They made a movie about this book too, but the book is far better."

I was not wrong, learning about the rise and fall about the gangs of Cleveland was a great read. The characters are well fleshed out, and the story is great. It is a must-read if you're a fan of gangster movies."

" No mafia buff is worth their salt if they do not know about Meye Lansky. This book is extremely well researched. It reads well but sometimes comes off a little too detail heavy. That still doesn’t stop me from highly recommending that you read this book. The other great part about this book is that is comes with photos as well. You can get a real image to go along with the story that you create in your mind. These gangsters are a part of American history and this is.a great way to learn about one of the best."
