"Just like the above, you ought to consider multiple solutions, i.e., multiple books to questions like this. There are clearly many books about Navy SEALs, and linking to only one seems like a bad solution, even though it is about navy seals. "

"I've always wanted to learn more about Navy SEALs and what I have found out about them seems to be the universal truth and there isn't much more in depth about them because of the level of secrecy associated with them. In my search to find more information I cam across a book titled "No Hero: The Evolution of a Navy SEAL. In it Mark Owen talks about his time as a member of SEAL Team Six and the ins and outs of daily life as a member of the Navy SEALs. He gives you a first hand look at the real nature of the unit and what it's all really about while stripping away the myths and legends that you would otherwise find plastered online. This real account gave me much more information and truth about the unit itself then anything else I had found online."

"I received this book as a gift and I was a little daunted at first because it didn't seem like a topic I would normally read about. However, Adam Brown's story is really captivating and engaging and truly brought me into his feelings and his world. I would recommend this book to anyone wanting an interesting and unique read and who is interested in the military or has friends or family in the military. "

"This is a wild ride thats for sure. Although you can tell Mark Owen is not an author, but I think that makes the whole story feel more genuine and fluid. Great true account of what happens out in combat and this author has a true account of one of the biggest moment in our history. I loved it and would recommend to everyone I meet."

"This was a decent book . I was looking for a book on Seals, so in that regard it fit the bill. The author certainly has had a lifetime of experience with them. However, i felt this book was a little too embellished or exaggerated. The author is a little too much of a braggart at times. Overall, however, it wasn't a bad read at all and a fair addition to any readers library who wants to read about the Seals (as i do) . Just take it with that ol grain 'o salt. "
