"If you are like me, you know absolutely nothing about NLP. I didn't even know what that stood for before this book! This book explains what NLP is and where it originated, then gets more in depth into the subject with each chapter. The way the book is set up makes it easy to follow and the way it explains NLP is more in layman's terms than other books on the subject which can be very confusing and hard to read. This is a great book for people like myself who are brand new to the subject of NLP. Would recommend! "

"This is the worst book about NLP. I honestly had such high expectations for this book. But upon receiving it, I notice how small it was. Now, I have been reading about NLP since my first child was born six years ago, so I know a thing or two about it. What this book offers is a brief, VERY brief introduction to NLP without doing into detail about any effective methods or techniques. Imagine buying a BMW and opening the door and realizing you got yourself a Pinto. Don't waste your money or your time. There are better NLP books out there. "

"I'm not very experienced in neuro-linguistic programming but this seemed a good introduction. The writing style is a little dry but it's clear and easy to understand, which for non-fiction instructional books is more important than sounding interesting anyway."

"Michael Neill is one of the foremost experts on Neuro-Linguistic Programming, and this book didn't disappoint. If you're looking for some techniques on improving your life then this is a must read. I can't say that it's the best book on NLP, but it's definitely the best one that I've had the pleasure of reading. "

"I don't think this is a very good answer because it doesn't tell me anything about how the guidebook functions as a whole. I don't like very vague and ambiguous accolades about something as involved as a an education manual. How does this book maximize efforts?"
