"The historical facts in this book are accurate and highlighted throughout. St. Thomas was a man of solitude, strength and humbleness. This book was a very good read and tribute to St. Thomas from his early meager years to becoming a highly influential figure. I was intrigued throughout the book."

"I don't know why I find the stories about saints so interesting but I have read so many now! Set All Afire is about St. Francis Xavier and it's really quite gripping and involving. It's probably the best book about a saint that I have read yet."

"When looking to read about some saints, I was recommended this historical adventure novel about Baldwin IV. I always love fun stories about fantasy adventures, so I did enjoy my time reading it. However, I don't know if Baldwin IV technically counts as a saint. Not all crusaders were canonized."

"Who amongst us is not fascinated by saints? Well, in Louis De Wohl's classic The Joyful Beggar, we're taken into a fictional enthralling tale of a would-be monarchy helper turned saint instead. As if the premise isn't amazing, the writing will leave you spellbound and the moral thought and action will grip you as well. Set in the thirteenth century Italy and Egypt, this story delves deeper into St. Francis of Assissi while it transfixes you on vital moral questions that we all can relate to. If you've ever been curious about saints and their lives and want a deeper connection to sainthood, this book is for you!"

"I found this book to be somewhat of a dry read. Compared to some other books about saints, this one is a bit mediocre. The writing is competent, and Ignatius Loyola's story has some interesting parts, but overall I think there are better, more engaging books about various saints. "

"This is a fiction book, which was not at all what I was expecting. I like the concept, and the mystery is decent, but I was looking for a non-fiction book, and this isn't it. "

"It is timeless letter from the Bishop of Alexandria to a friend named Marcarius explaining the incarnation of God as a Man, in the person of Jesus Christ, the Incarnate Word of God and why the incarnation was necessary. The writings clearly show that the Eternal Gospel still shared by Evangelical churches today has remained unchanged after over 1700 years. Arhanasius challenges Marcarius to verify the contents of his letter in his statement:"...prove its truth by the study of the scriptures." This challenge validates the author's vision for Truth."
