"Absolutely amazing from start to finish. Jonathan Hickman's writing style shines in this bizarre clash of comics, high-end sci-fi, intrigue, drama and action that makes it incredibly hard to put down, despite many times not fully understanding the scope of Hickman's narrative. With a star studded cast of heroes, villains and tweeners the Avengers/New Avengers Incursions Saga comes to an shocking end, full of cliffhangers and leading directly into Hickman's Secret Wars, the culmination of his Avengers run. To fully understand and follow this terrific narrative arc, please be sure to have read Hickman's Avengers up to #34, New Avengers up to #23 and all of his Infinity (#1-6)."

"The set-up to Infinity continues here and while there are some good character bits, particularly with Thor and Hyperion, it’s not enough to justify another several issues of setting the table. I didn’t particularly think that Hickman spent enough time on introducing all of these new characters either. They’re all sort of thrown into the mix. I realize that part of this is Hickman’s style, but whereas in Hickman’s FF I always felt he had a good pace going, his Avengers thus far has seemed like a very long introduction to the story he really wants to tell. We’ll see if it’s worth it."

"A gripping story, I didn't put the comic down at all while I was reading it. Sinestro put together a team that could match the Lantern Corp, and possibly devastate the universe - including a former Green Lantern! I kept reading to see how Hal was going to handle the challenge, and without spoilers, I am very pleased with the result. Admittedly, there was a lot going on, so I did have to go back and re-read some sections a lot - but I do also enjoy stories like that, where sometimes when you read something a second time, you catch things you might have missed!"

"What a great twist on some of DC's female characters. Set during WW2 Batwoman, Wonder Woman, Mara and many others are asked to join forces. A super natural force is rising and it will take all of them and more to fight it. The background stories for the ladies are really interesting, using parts of their usual histories and adding little twists and turns. As a Batwoman fan i couldn't be more thrilled with how she is handled. Highly recommend this for comic lovers and history lovers."

"I have read several of Hickman's comic book series and I especially enjoyed this one. I felt that in prior volumes the Illuminati had to face destroying other worlds to save earth but it never comes into play. However, in this volume they are faced with the ultimate decision to destroy a plant with heroes or save earth and as you read through the comic the suspense of that problem will only have you reading it through to the end without stopping."

But there is nothing too new or captivating to keep me reading. Her charterer can be summarized as an insecure Squirrel Girl who hasn't master her abilities yet. Don't get me wrong, it's not awful. It was a good read. I just don't think all the hype about it is true, at least for me."

"This story is very different from other superhero stories in that the main character wants to be a super villain not a superhero. It's an interesting twist on a traditional superhero story but I'm not sure all fans of superhero novels will like it. The way the main character is torn between the life of his mother and the life of his father is interesting but also kind of depressing."

This seems to be a satisfactory suggestion however there are only 39 customer reviews on the title. The cover is engaging, however, the price point in a bit high and only two purchase option. I would likely keep looking with this suggestion."

Also, there are some racial problem in the comic, which is to be expected considering the time period it was published in. If you were a fan of the original comic, then surely you will like this one too."

To some people out there, this might be an awesome book, but after about 30% of it I didn't' care about the characters. Didn't care about the plot. There wasn't anything holding my interest so I just got rid of it and started something else."
