"Decisions Points is probably a decent read for those who like George W. Bush Jr, but otherwise, it's a book to avoid. The book rings hollow if you know more about Bush and his family."

"This result really depends on what kinds of risks the searcher is looking for. Being raped or sexually assaulted is not risky because it's not the victim's fault so I don't think this book is very relevant. However the actions of the rape crisis counselor could be risky, depending on the actions taken."

"Not for me. I was looking for something to help me break out of my shell - to be more aggressive and take more chances. This book is about leadership, but it's the exact opposite. It plays up the strength of quiet leadership and setting examples and all that. Been there, done that, not getting me what I want or even helping me grow. "

"I think this book was a great meeting point about taking risks and being to yourself, like a silent giant. I thought it brought up good points with regards to how introverts are a powerhouse in a more quiet way; they stay to themselves and come up with their own solutions and problem solving without the influence of others' opinions. I consider myself to be an introvert and think this was a good read to see just how powerful introverts are and how influential introverts like myself can be in the world. Introverts like myself can make a world of a difference because much of our ways of thinking aren't influenced by the masses."

"If you consider personal growth as risk, then this would be a perfect solution. This version of the classic book is an update but still contains the 3 simple principles that made the original a best-seller for so long. I think it's a superb book, but it is not a book about risk. It's about interpersonal relationships and personal growth. "
