"This book covers just one aspect of the occult, and it does it very well-- going into detail about moon phases and related occult with each phase. It does cover a very small section of the occult and even though there is a lot of information to be gleaned, it's a very small subset of occult studies as a whole."

"My girlfriend and I like reading about the occult and other types of books involving that mostly for fun as we have a keen interest in this topic. But i was struck by how intense and thorough this book was. I am a fan of the idea of goddess worship but didn't know much about it in terms of the spiritual realm. I was immediately taken in by this one. It is worth getting for sure."

"Overall, I absolutely loved this story. It is a young adult, romantic horror novel. It’s a tale of forbidden love and sinister secrets. It’s also a bloody good time! Some say it’s Romeo and Juliet meets Children of the Corn and I find myself agreeing to this analogy. Dane and Ash are not supposed to be together. Mixing Larkin Blood with Mendoza blood is forbidden. This is because of things that have happened between the two families in the past. In terms of Children of the Corn, there is something (or someone) lurking in the corn to get revenge on any and all who enter or try to leave. Everyone is stuck in Quivira and those who try and leave or come here are never seen again. The story is also completely original. I have never read something like it and perhaps, this is what kept me drawn to the book. I originally picked it up because it was posed as a new upcoming release on my blog and I am so glad I did. I highly recommend this book to all fans of the YA, romantic, horror genre. It’s definitely something you won’t forget. I am so glad that this story will continue on. Hopefully the wait isn’t too long!"

"This is more of an educational book to teach or learn the ways of a shaman. I found it an interesting read but not a lot of new information."

"I bought this thinking it was a "how to" Tarot book. I was completely and wonderfully wrong. It's an extremely well written book that's easy to read and absorbing in it's content. It blends the Bible and Tarot in an interesting way and allows you to look at your own life through the author's lens. I found it an absorbing and though provoking book. it's one I definitely will refer back to in my own life."
