"I'm from Iowa and I love reading books written by local Iowan authors. I recently read "Shopping Survival Guide for Men" and while it has nothing to do with Iowa or Iowan topics I loved the fact that I was supporting a local author! It's really a great feeling and I love shopping locally. Hopefully I can continue purchasing locally written books."

"I found this to be a truly moving story about a man's love for baseball and growing up in Iowa. Think "Field of Dreams" where you did not have to like baseball to enjoy the movie. This is like that, with a little hometown reminiscing for those of us that grew up in Iowa."

"I have enjoyed all of the books I have read by this author but this one was probably my favorite. It was a cute story with a lovable main character. Sometimes you just want a good fun book that's not heavy and doesn't make you think. Remeber me is just pure entertainment, no drama ..love it"
