"This is more of a book that incorporates various quotes from Paulo Coelho's various books. I do not know I would consider it a Book story unto itself such as his more famous works as the The Alchemist, Eleven Minutes and others. "

"This is probably Paulo Coelho's most famous work. It is accessible and able to be read by people without a large sophistication in literature. It seems like a great way to start with coelho's collection."

"Journeys was a tough nut to crack. Paulo Coelho is known for writing some interesting inspirational works that make you feel and react to things. In that, Journeys delivers. However, there is something that feels a little forced here, like this is going through the motions and not delivering anything new. If you've read his other books, there's not much new material here or additional insight. If this is your first Coelho book, you'll get more out of it. Still, it's worth a look if you enjoy the author. "

"This is a bit of an underwhelming read for the most part, but it has a huge payoff at the end. When I first started reading this, I found myself losing interest almost immediately. It gets very boring at times! If you push through, however, the ending is absolutely phenomenal! Everything ties in nicely, and there's an amazing message. "
