"Love You Forever is a fantastic entry-level book for kids. Its colorful illustrations kept my child's attention very well as I read the words to him. If you're looking for a good book to read to your child, especially one that fosters a love of family, this one is a good pick. Having read Robert Munsch's other work, I would rate this as his best."

"The last thing that kids need is to learn the last name of some self-absorbed 'author'. This book is nothing more than a "look at me and remember my name" type of book. I can't stand it when these types of people are allowed to publish books that are intended for kids. The book is also horribly written, giving the impression of someone who is trying too hard to be something he isn't."

"This book has very mixed reviews, but many of the negative ones deal with the books physical size. Apparently, it's a small book. Not small as in thin, with few pages, but small in height and width. It's about 3.5 inches wide (not thickness). It's the size of a small instruction manual, maybe. It's small enough to fit in a shirt pocket. If that's not an issue for you, then I recommend it. Otherwise, try to find a bigger version."
