    "This Roasting cookbook is amazing. It starts with the basics of roasting a chicken and goes all the way to roasting lamb with fennel. It also recommends roasting pans, temperatures and which spices work best when roasting different meats and vegetables. There are pictures for most of the recipes which definitely helps in knowing what the end product is supposed to look like."
