"This is an amazing book. Mystery type stories are my favorite to read/watch. I love trying to put the pieces together. I have read this author before and all there stuff is some of the best mystery crime book I have read. The detail in the scenes is far beyond I could imagine myself. This book specifically is one of his best works."

"If you can read this in the native language do that, because I feel like the translation just loses so much. It's not bad by any means, and the suspense is still there, but I feel like Segerberg didn't do the best job."

"Kurt Wallander is awesome. I love these stories! This book is good, and action-packed...but it's not the best one. This one is a little slower and less thrilling that the others. Still good though. I can't wait to see what he does next!"

"These books are so dark and brooding, and I really enjoy them. This is book 5 in the series featuring Kurt Wallander. Following the story as Wallander investigates brutal murders at a convent. The imagery and style of the writing really painted sharp images in my mind. I much prefered reading these books about Wallander much more than I do watching the PBS series, as the depth is so much better."
