"This is a great book for getting an overview of white-collar crimes. There are a lot of banking crimes written about in this book and overall it would help someone interested in white collar crimes know about some of the biggest ones that have happened throughout history."

"I had never heard of Sydney Biddle Barrows before I stumbled across this book. I've gotten to a point where I'm just not interested in men, and so it was fascinating to read about a woman who competed in a man's world, especially since so often we see wealthy females as just trophies rather than people with agency. It was also wonderful that she helped write the book, her voice gave extra insight into who she is and what kind of woman I could be (though I don't want to run an escort service!)"
