    "While I thought this was a good read It wasn't really what I would call "the best book for doulas"/ It gives a lot of insight into the spiritual side of the aspect and even teaches you a little bit but I feel like it doesn't teach nearly enough. It doesn't go over many of the hazards and things you should be doing for safety which are very important to know."
